Driving a hovercraft is challenging, exciting and completely different from anything you've ever done before! Your body weight is an important factor in steering and it's like becoming part of the machine and wildly exiting. It is a thrilling driving experience located minutes from Cambridge.
What happens on the day for Cambridge Hovercrafts?
On arrival at the Cambridge site, all pilots/drivers will receive equipment and a full and thorough safety briefing. Pilots are instructed on how the hovercrafts work and how to stop them and provided with clear instructions for the rules of the venue. Driving these extreme machines around the purpose-built Cambridge off-road track is not as easy as it looks when the instructors demonstrate, but they are always great fun and guaranteed to get the adrenaline pumping. Once pilots master the controls Hovercraft Flying provides drivers with an incredible sense of controlled power as you slide these wild machines on the slalom course.

Located around 30 minutes from Cambridge in picturesque countryside. We can arrange return minibus transport for your hovercraft flying event for around £9 - £15pp depending on your group size.
