How to Book

Please browse our events for inspiration and make an enquiry or call to get the ball rolling! We love to chat and rather than sending irrelevant information, we would rather talk to you on the phone or by email and send a comprehensive activity or event proposal based on the discussion. We understand that plans and budgets can change so there may be some amendments, however we endeavour to get your proposal as close to perfect as possible first time. 

When you're happy with the proposal you can accept it by paying a pre-agreed deposit amount and this secures your event booking. Once a deposit is received we'll take care of all arrangements and when everything is in place you'll receive a full event confirmation containing all the details for your event, along with an invoice and details of payment due dates. In the final days running up to your event we will be in touch to give you any final information such as accommodation entry codes, driver contact details, etc., and to ensure that you're suitably excited!

Payments can be made online using the secure Barclaycard payment system below, on card by phone, or through bank transfer.
