What happens on the day?

Hen Party:
This really is the perfect activity to start your hen night right and after your cheerleading session you'll be energised and ready to party! Try some basic cheer stunts to put into your cheerleading dance routine and be ready to scream and shout as cheerleading is all about high-energy! There's a starring role for the bride-to-be and some fab photo opportunities, so please don't forget your cameras. We encourage dressing up in cheer gear! The emphasis is on having fun and feeling great, so we really don't expect you to have any experience cheer-leading or even dancing! Your hen party cheerleading pro will make sure your hen party dance class is set at just the right level, and everyone will have a brilliant time. There's even a bottle of bubbly for the cheeriest dancer!

Teambuilding:
Really get your team motivated and have fun on our cheerleading teambuilding activities. Cheerleading is a fun way to build effective teams. It will help you build trust and co-ordination as well as have a really good time!
