What happens on the day?

Guests are greeted, shown to the bar, welcomed with a glass of bubbly, and given quick a quick run through of how the session will work. Each member of the group is given a name sticker (using nicknames or real names, dependent on the group) and a toast is made. The cocktail master will provide the group with a brief history of cocktails and introduce guests to the bar tools and products to be used throughout the session. Once the group has seen demonstrations from the cocktail master each member of the group will then be invited behind the bar to make cocktails from the current cocktail menu. This can include some games, fun and team activities like races, blindfold challenges etc. (Class contents varies by bar – we'll send you venue specific information when you make an enquiry)
