What happens on the day?

Packages are usually put together as bespoke arrangements for your group, however in order to give you an idea of a very standard one day package we have included an example below (excludes flights):

Sample One Day Ice Driving Package:
Transfers to and from Oslo airport
One day Ice Driving on nearby Frozen Lake
Breakfast, Lunch, and two Evening Meals at the Hotel (3 Course Dinner)
2 nights hotel accommodation
Max 3/4 people per car
Refreshments provided throughout each day
Helmets with and winter race suits intercoms allocated to drivers
High speed passenger ride with your instructor at the end of your driving day.

The lakes house fully prepared rally stages that include full hairpin bends, rapid straights and long flowing corners perfectly complementing the muscle and agility of the Evos and the Impreza whilst allowing you to put into practice your newly acquired power sliding skills!

Skid Pan Experiences
Prior to embarking on an Ice Driving trip Simply Good Times can provide guests with some UK based training on Skid Pans.  Guests learn the skills to safely drive on everything from snow and mud, to loose gravel, and standing water. Handling a vehicle in dangerous or emergency conditions is a great skill to have in general, and can really put drivers ahead of the curve if you know the basics of car control on simulated ice, before taking on the real thing!
