Description
York Dirt Buggies have powerful 400cc engines linked to an automatic gearbox, in a chassis with a full roll-cage and all-round spring suspension to ensure peak performance! There are only two pedals – one to stop and one for go! The purpose built York track is designed to challenge with wide drifting turns, fast straights, twisty chicanes, and jumps!
What happens on the day for York Dirt Buggies?
The York Dirt Buggy activity begins with a safety briefing where drivers are issued with safety equipment and familiarised with the controls of the buggies. Drivers are then shown how to get the maximum performance out of the buggies and the York track, including some tips on how to best negotiate jumps. You will be split into race groups and head off for some practice. The session includes four qualifying races with a practice run before your first race. The fastest four drivers compete in the final to determine who will take away the top trophy and champagne! Each driver is guaranteed a minimum of four races per session.

Location Information
Located around 30 minutes from York; we can arrange return minibus transport for your event. Hot & cold drinks and snacks are available. Snacks such as hot dogs, burgers, and bacon sandwiches can be arranged. Accommodation is also available for groups in great country houses near the venue, and in central York.
